Self Referral To Maternity Booking Services
Patients can now self-refer for initial scan and booking. If you are concerned about miscarriage or have underlying health problems including obesity, please contact the surgery for an appointment.
Self Referral to Trust Physiotherapy
Patients with certain Musculo skeletal injuries can self refer to trust Physiotherapy.
Self Referral to Mental Health Services (CBT counselling mindfullness etc)
Patients struggling with mild to moderate mental health difficulties wanting advice or support outside of our GP services can avail of third party organisations and support materials here.
